WASHINGTON – House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa today announced three witnesses who will appear at a full committee hearing, “Benghazi: Exposing Failure and Recognizing Courage,” on Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at 11:30 AM in 2154 Rayburn House Office Building.
“I applaud these individuals for answering our call to testify in front of the Committee. They have critical information about what occurred before, during, and after the Benghazi terrorist attacks that differs on key points from what Administration officials – including those on the Accountability Review Board – have portrayed,” said Issa. “Our committee has been contacted by numerous other individuals who have direct knowledge of the Benghazi terrorist attack, but are not yet prepared to testify. In many cases their principal reticence of appearing in public is their concern of retaliation at the hands of their respective employers. While we may yet add additional witnesses, this panel will certainly answer some questions and leave us with many new ones.”

In October 2012, the Oversight Committee held the first hearing on the Benghazi attacks, which exposed denials of security requests and forced the Administration to acknowledge that the attacks were not sparked by a protest of a YouTube video, contrary to claims made by Obama Administration officials.

BTW, the coordinated news blackout of today’s hearings seems to be on in full force. I haven’t seen a word about it on several major newspaper websites. I guess they think if they pretend it isn’t happening, it isn’t real.
Hopefully they are writing their own epitaphs by their silence. Special Report did a good job and Hannity is too tonight. Greta has been serious about Benghazi too but I expect her to cover the Arias conviction mostly tonight. Jeanine Pirro will probably blast this story like a Babe Ruth home run on Saturday.

Well crud! I hope you got another stream without missing much.
I missed almost the whole thing. I managed to catch some of it.
Then tonight, I tried listening to a recap on the radio, but all I could pick up was some station full of liars, so I just listened to music. They were still pushing the story that everyone (including the administration) thought it was a protest sparked by a video, for a long time after the “incident.”
They played a short clip of Hick testifying, and then they claimed he went on to say that everyone believed it was a protest caused by a video, and the administration was sincerely distraught that they couldn’t help, because some general said the military couldn’t possibly send help for at least 20 hours.
I’d rather have no info than to let somebody fill my head with lies. So as of right now, I know little more than I did yesterday.
It would have been, if it weren't for the fact that our highest leadership (Obama/Jarrett and crew) are using the military and it's equipment as mercenary pawns to ensure the spread of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Why do you think so many SEALS have died? Why did this happen? Obama had ARMED DRONES overhead. They 'claim' they weren't armed, but if they weren't, how did those drones take out 'terrorists' in Libya just prior to the attack on Benghazi ?

What was he talking about? I read something, pretty sure it was Free Republic, my go-to site that the primary job is not people so much as it was for detroying any intelligence on hard copies or on computers.
That once every thing that terrorists might be able to use, the focus turns to personnel.

Your question is the 64 trillion dollar one. Most sane people do not want to go to D.C. regrettably and imho their reasons are valid. A sane person easily recognizes insanity and avoids insanity at every opportunity. The insane rush toward and embrace insanity and D.C. offers many of the insane an opportunity to become wealthy while practicing their death wish and projecting their death wishes upon our nation once elected. Therefore the insane in D.C. at any given time outnumber the sane. It is a dilemma I have no actual answer to.
