I was thinking the same thing. If, 50 years ago, someone called the police to say a man was leading naked women around on leashes in his yard, the police would have shown up and actually spoken to the man and located the women. He may have been arrested simply for public indecency. Today, people view a naked woman being led around on a leash as a “lifestyle choice” and are conditioned to not question it for fear of being judgmental.

Jeffrey Dahmner was seen doing even stanger things. The police even handed back one of his victims after he tried to escape. It was just a lifestyle I guess.
