So what happens when you light up...an alarm goes off, the fire dept arrives and blast you with a fire hose...cessation that works.

Holy Bat Crap, Robin. Did I just drop a cigarette down my drawers and set them on fire, or I am trying to do a video imitation of Jerry Lee Lewis’ song “Great Balls of Fire”?

Oh, I see said the blind man. You’ve got to wear a PACT in order to smoke a pack. Gotchya (I mean you the stupid people who are paying for this kind of crap).

I really don’t understand the criticism here. I have all my life been waiting around for cigarette-smoke-sensing underwear. No...really.

One of the links at CNS took me to a page where
you can look at all the projects being funded by fiscal year. IN 2013, we are funding over 23,000 projects. Of the 10 most expensive, 8 involve research that is aimed at foreign nations. Those 8 cost about $200,000,000 in FY2013 (not including any funds from previous or future years ... just 2013).
When will someone ... anyone ... in DC figure out that we are broke?!?

Hell, you can detect smokers already by their underwear.
Just look for the nicotine stains on their shorts!
