On the basis of personal experience, I can say that the Burmese are extremely pleasant and friendly people, and are both honest and hard-working.

Given a choice to live next door to Burmese or Hispanics, I’d choose Burmese in a heartbeat and never regret it.

Which is to say neither can speak English and neither have any skills. But all in all, I'll trade 10 welfare queens and gang bangers for 1 hard working immigrant.
