On Monday, Alfonso Diaz-Diaz, 26, was arraigned in Woodford District Court for the death of 5-year-old Blake Cohorn, of Lexington.
The little boy's father, Rocky, was also seriously injured in the alcohol-fueled crash, and is still listed in critical condition at the University of Ketnucky (UK) Chandler Hospital.
Other family members were also injured.
LEX 18 reported:
Police say they got a call about a black car heading the wrong way around 10 p.m. on April 21. Just a few minutes later, the report of a head-on collision at US 60 and Midway Road came in.
Blake Cohorn was declared dead at the scene.

True....
Crimmigration kills.
My 18 year old son was killed by an illegal Mexican in 1984. Nothing was done to that guy either. Then about a month later he had a sleazy lawyer write us a letter whining that his car was totaled and he wanted us to buy him a new one. Some kind of nerve. There were witnesses to the accident that said our son did not run the red light and still nothing was done. Oh well shit happens!
sorry I see that this guy was charged with murder, my screen got blurry there for a second.
This needs to be documneted by a smart right wing personality or news sites.
No doubt illegals have killed many thousands of US Citizens.
Between drunk driving and murders Illegals, have killed hundreds of thousands of Americans.

Whenever an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or something similar, here’s what I recommend:
What can we do about it? Heres my standard post.
RICO Citizen Recourse
Private persons and entities may initiate civil suits to obtain injunctions and treble damages against enterprises that conspire to or actually violate federal alien smuggling, harboring, or document fraud statutes, under the Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO). The pattern of racketeering activity is defined as commission of two or more of the listed crimes. A RICO enterprise can be any individual legal entity, or a group of individuals who are not a legal entity but are associated in fact, and can include nonprofit associations.
Heres what Ive been pushing: its time to file Racketeering, Influencing, and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) lawsuits.
RICO lawyers could turn it around in a few years and MAKE MONEY at the same time. Im surprised they havent done it already.
In the absence of enforcement, we can get the word out in the meantime that there is money to be made in filing RICO lawsuits against employers who hire illegal aliens like this jerk.
Employers would have no trouble shutting down the border if they could get sued by someone under the RICO statutes for hiring these people in the first place. The next time an illegal alien kills someone in a drunk driving accident or somesuch thing, Im going to point out that the victims family might be able to seek compensation from the employer under these statutes in the hopes that it would catch on. If this did catch on, would see such a swift backlash against illegal immigration that no employer would go near these people and theyll all simply want to go back home.
