The Foreign Rioters We Cannot Deport Because Of Their 'Right To Family Life'

The Foreign Rioters We Cannot Deport Because Of Their 'Right To Family Life' Two foreign criminals jailed for their part in English riots have been allowed to stay in this country because of their "right to family life" under the Human Rights Act.

Rioting in London in 2011 was used by Ubong-Luke Nkanta, bottom, to commit burglary. TS, top, took part in copycat riots in Buckinghamshire

By David Barrett

The Telegraph can reveal for the first time how the two rioters - who were both made an example of by the criminal courts for their roles in the 2011 disorder - have since overturned the Home Office’s attempts to have them sent home.

One was convicted of violent disorder after rampages involving attacks on shops and cars by a gang in two Home Counties towns, while the other was convicted of burglary for his part in the London riots.

The successful appeals by the rioters - under the "right to family life" - demonstrate how the immigration courts’ leniency sharply contradicts the determination of politicians and the criminal justice system to have exemplary action taken against those who caused £200 million damage in an orgy of violence. Two senior immigration judges, Henry Latter and Andrew Grubb, even granted anonymity to one rioter in his immigration case even though the criminal courts had allowed him to be named.

Concern over the apparent abuse of human rights legislation has now prompted Theresa May, the Home Secretary, to draw up new laws to stop foreign criminals avoiding deportation. The measures will be in a new Immigration Bill which will be announced in this week’s Queen’s Speech

Keep them jailed until they agree to leave voluntarily and bill their home embassy. Or make them stay IN their home country’s embassy with their family..

If you haven’t been to Britain you should go within the next two years because soon, Britain will not exist, only a carbon copy of Zimbabwe. I’m sure they will destroy all the important structures as they make Britain into a suitable place for “all true” citizens.

Hey, Parliament; give your Brits back their guns and you wont have to worry about deporting these thugs, you just have to bury them.

While we are all captivated by the hype over immigration from the state run media and our criminal Politburo making this a Mexican problem, they are slowly flooding our country with muslims through the back door

Thanks to disarmament Brits suffer from higher rates of all violent crimes except murder than Americans. More than 50% of burglaries are live (they would get shot here) and often those are repeat burglaries. Basically a population held hostage to domestic and immigrant criminals by political masters in the two main parties plus the EU. But that is changing, witness the dramatic wins by UKIP the other day.

“Calm down, Mr Hysterical.”

No hysteria at all, Scotsman, simply an informed opinion, just like your opinions.

The usual ‘Britain is dead’, Britain is ‘gonna be run by the Muzzies in ten years’, is not informed opinion. To say Britain is going to be a a third world hellhole in a few years and people need to see it before it goes is laughable drivel. Taking about the Human Rights Act and its abuse IS intelligent and informed opinion. See the difference?.

Just because you gave an opinion dosent make it informed.
