They were blowing each up and fighting for years over there...with or without ammunitions and such given them....I just as soon they keep on doing so to other.

The armament will flow there regardless who sends it...and so won’t war...However I sometime wonder if this is equipping them all when the great war one day does come....you know when they turn and destroy each other?
