OMG--great point and horrible too. But what does the law say about delivered alive babies via abortions? Or does it even address it? This is what the trial's conundrum seems to be about since abortion is legal but infanticide is not. This case is like explosive dynamite to the leftist illogical evil mind.
I don’t see a conundrum. He was guilty of infanticide many times over, plain and simple. He also killed a mother.
Whether or not a baby should cared for after birth IMO is inarguable. I don’t know the law, but anyone who would kill or leave a newborn child to die is a monster.
