I just had to answer a slew of these types of questions for a yearly physical appointment coming up. They said it was required for all Medicare patients. Some of the questions asked were along the lines of, “How often to do you feel depressed, anxious, down or sad?”

A: "Whenever I read that Barack Obama is President.

My “Annual Medicare Physical Exam” is scheduled for May 15th.

I think this questionnaire is new as I don’t remember (? :) anything like it last year.

I look forward to answering this questionnaire. Fun and games like the census. An opportunity to answer questions with N/A and NYB.

“How often to do you feel depressed, anxious, down or sad?”

How do you answer that? If you say "never" you must be insane, and can't have a gun, because NORMAL people feel those things at times. If you say "rarely or sometimes" then you can't have a gun because you may resort to gun violence when you feel those things.
