I’m sure Obama will use this statistic for cover. “Oh, there’s just so many suspected terrorists out there that we just couldn’t track them”. Then he’ll blame Bush and the Republicans and Harry Reid will blame the Sequester.

They should have marketers in charge of that database. Marketers know how to find a target from the data. These idiots apparently think just dumping data into a database is enough.
