Tofu (and soy beans), made of soy beans, have been recommended to us gals going through “the stage” to help combat it’s side effects.
Tofu = soy beans = girly stuff.
From what I have researched, it is recommended that a gal NOT eat TOO much of it.
Once I concluded my study (on my own...no I am not a doctor), I stay as FAR away from this crap as possible.
Now they are shoving it down the throats of our little ones.
Great....just great!
Me thinks someone wants precicely that result.
Soy = poison
Eat only fermented soy.
