It’s called taquayeh (I know I misspelled it), the moslim doctrine of lying to gain advantage over ones enemies.

All moslems are terrorists and no moslem can ever be trusted. Their religion COMMANDS them to lie and it COMMANDS them to commit terrorism (attacks on innocents)

You do not misspell it. It is a transliteration of sounds that do not occur in the English language and are written in Arabic and as such is spelled in Roman characters as the speller hears it and tries to approximate it.
