The sighs of relief breathed in Placerville after a foiled kidnapping leads to an arrest, may hold some clues to comfort for a grieving family 50 miles away.
DNA from the Placerville case will be tested as part of the search to find Leila Fowler’s killer.
Jason Wayrynen is now under arrest for a kidnapping plan he supposedly told investigators was fueled by orders from the devil to kill a baby.
