54,000 Republicans voted in the primary, so there was a drop off of barely 8,000 voters ~ what this means, BTW, is if Sanford gets as many votes as he did in the runoff, he'll beat the Democrat anyway.
If I were the RNC House campaign committee I probably wouldn't send him any money either because he doesn't need it.
On the other hand, there's a theory that if you are a labor union and you put enough money in a campaign you will win ~ even if everybody voting is a Republican.
It would seem to me that labor union support in SC would be the kiss of death....almost as bad as having Obama’s endorsement in that state.
