Let me see, they are “inviting” people to use a US Program. To do so, they have to violate the US Immigration Laws. So, it seems we have a scheme (conspiracy) to defraud the US. Any USDA person who did anything in furtherance of this plan is indictable for conspiracy to defraud the US and as such should be on their way to jail.

There are so many conspirators in the fraud going on in DC that we would have to have an old fashioned French Revolution and fire up an effective and fast method of execution like the guillotine. Using the court systems to indict the amount of fraud in DC is tantamount to cramming 50 gallons of shit into a 5 gallon bucket.

Building on my conspiracy to defraud the US by members of this administration, let’s not forget all these food stamp payments that go out to illegal beneficiaries go over the wires which mean each claim is a violation of the wire fraud statutes which are predicate offenses for a RICO charge too. Of course the government will never bring such a charge against the administration or the dummorat party BUT any individual can file a qui tam civil suit. Bankrupt the bastards, including the book writer at the top. Hello GOP, are you listening??????
