I think she should, because they are illegal aliens, not illegal "immigrants."
Someone seriously needs to remind señor Avila, that in Mexico, the government has the constitutional right to kick any foreigners out of the country, at any point, for whatever reason the government deems necessary. Period. So down there it really doesn't matter with regards to someone's status.
Also, in Mexico, the government still denies the right of free open expression to foreigners in its Constitution. Down there, the government can kick you out of the country for actively participating in political demonstrations. Where in the hell has been Mr. Avila's reporting with regards to these issues...??
