Hmmmmm. 'bad' seems rather a stretch.
He gave us Obama. He converted two winning wars into Heartsandminds ops that must always bog down and/or lose. He ramped up entitlements and spending like any Democrat. He inaugurated the real police state with his Homeland Security stuff that may be okay with a moral Republican in office but was made for the race into the police state under a Democrat.
