Who - Al Harbi? Look at the photos of him in the hospital bed. Those hands aren't burned.
The only injuries reported for the Saudi Kid (Alharbi) were chemical flashburns on his hands and arm. They did not looke severe to me and he appeared to have no lower extremity injuries as there is a pic of him standing and smiling in his hospital room. Instead of seeking treatment apparently they caught him running away and somebody tackled and detained him.
Subsequently Alharbi was a person of interest and they raided his apt. and carried away bags of his possessions and then tried to deport him for terrorist activities.
Given all that he is still at the top of my list as the possible ringleader and maybe bag man.
