Attorney General Eric Holder said on Saturday that everything was done appropriately in the questioning of the Boston Marathon bombings suspect.
Well I mean, the decision to Mirandize him is one that was totally consistent with the laws that we have, Holder told CNN as he made his way into the White House Correspondents Dinner. We had a two-day period to question him under the public safety exception, so I think everything was done appropriately.
Sadly, he is correct yet so very wrong. They did legally give the FBI the full 48 hours to question him.
