Just like here, only (supposedly) we have more power in swaying government policies.
Aren’t most GMO organisms created using special “viruses” that have slices of a targeted trait/gene from some species “A” implanted in them. Then the modified “viruses” are injected into reproductive cells of the targeted species “B” where they “come alive” and create DNA copies that become planted in random locations on species “B’s” DNA. Some of the transplanted genes from “A” then produce the trait of “A” in species “B” and are automatically passed to every new cell. The problem is that some of the “A” genes got attached to species “B’s” DNA in random places and cause unintended mutations that can do unheard of things; but even worse, the “viruses” remain active and continue to cause random transplantations of gene “A” into other species that eat or contact the GMO organism. In other words, the GMO tissue acts as if it is radioactive; I’d say “Genoactive”!
