I think it’s well beyond too late now......as long as BO is in office and our Congress is all but useless...there simply is nothing to prevent that outcome now.
and it needn’t be!
as we all know on FR, the House could block ALL spending!
So, arguably, they are partners with Obama and the Senate in this 17 trillion debt!
