The House would have to get their budget, with associated funding packages, passed through the Senate and signed by the President. The Obamistas under the tutelage of nutso Nancy Pelosi set this thing up with some long term funding. That has to be UNDONE.

Still, they could easily delete new funding for all sorts of things as leverage, but Obama doesn't understand political give and take well enough to participate in that. He's your basic meat and axe sort of politician ~ it's his way or the highway.
