There are pictures of her in the room with him. These are on a thread here at FR.
On the face of it, Michelle’s visit is not a big deal. The Obamas seem to have gone to the hospital to visit the injured and wounded. The hospital has its list of people the Obamas needed to be escorted to, and it would be odd if al-Harbi was not on the list of people to be visited. I’m straining to see the “there” there.
