As I look over the pictures You can see that they are faked. The bottom right picture of MO shows a compositing artifact on her belt. The items behind her can be seen through the highlight on her belt. This is the direct result of a layering effect.
I think it looks like a reflection of the flash on her belt. The blurred hand in motion would be difficult to layer.
