I’ll note that it did not explore the authorization that is required to launch an unarmed drone over a foreign country. My understanding is that such authorization has to come from a very high office and it takes a considerable amount of time.
Like others here, I don’t think this is going to go anywhere (after all, Eric Holder was found in contempt of Congress and has yet to appear in court). However, this effectively removes Clinton from the 2016 ballot.
