I’m going to have to bet that most 18-20 year olds who smoke aren’t buying their own cigarettes because of too many nanny state pieces of legislation, from required health insurance to minimum wages, are keeping them from being offered a job.

NYC looking to raise the legal age to buy tobacco from 18 to 21.
Sooo, you can enlist at 18 ... spend months and months in combat in some Middle East piss hole ... then end up in NYC where you wont' be able to buy a pack of smokes (or a beer).
