The suspect had an Elvis gig at a local grammar school.
His attorney already advised the court he’d be late.

Maybe they confused Ricin with Uncle Ben’s Rice.
It could happen.
To: Deo volente
IMO, this was just an attempt at distraction.

BINGO. Remember that huge explosion in Texas? Oh, that’s right, kinda hard not to notice THAT one.

He might have copped a plea. Remember, he’s a card-carrying, bumper-sticker-driving RAT, so I hope it wasn’t a
“bad collar.”

Or, it was false positives. It was TOO convenient that a unrelated nut just happened to do this around the time as Boston.

I kinda lean that way, too.
The guy is so well known as an annoyance...but Town Board members (and friends) can be mean....and they have plenty samples of his paperwork.
Can't wait to hear the outcome.

Update: He was ‘framed’ by his neighbor!

I think they SWATed him in the hope that he would be killed.
Clair McCaskill said that the guy wrote a LOT of letters to elected officials.
How would Claire even know unless Senators talk about such things?
They wanted to get rid of an annoyance.
