The photos at the link show a dark sedan in the middle of the street with a window blown out. But the article, and all the other reports I've seen, says the kid ran over his brother in a SUV during his escape.
So, where's the SUV?

The carjacking victim, whose name has not been revealed, has told authorities that being Chinese almost certainly saved his life, saying that the brothers told him they would not kill him because he was 'not American.'That didn't work so well with the Chinese student they killed a few days before.
