Indians don’t generally work on IEDs. That would be the White Caucasian Muslims from Chechnya.

Agree however the H-1 Visa is not limited to just Indian nationals. As with any government program this one too can be abused.
Of the 85000 proposed visas a one tenth of one percent “abuse factor’ would admit 85 potential IED fabricators. Bet that CAIR has some unique job openings that can’t be filled from the current US work force.
