If one thinks of human behavior for each religion as being a standard 'bell curve', with behaviors on one side of the bell being good behaviors and those on the other side being bad, then it's easy to imagine that the adherents of one religion might, on average, be pretty decent, however on the other extreme members are capable of horrific crimes.

I'm certain this must be the case with Islam. What this means is that they are incompatible of co-existing with those cultures that have a more narrow bell curve.
