Conservative legislators should focus 100% of the time repealing legislation rather than passing new laws.
Ditto that. To a liberal a good politician is someone who “does something”. To a conservative, it is someone who “puts on the brakes” as you said, or better yet, throws the machine into reverse. Downsize government - don’t grow it!
