Maybe that's what the "one count of malicious destruction of property (hijacked car) resulting in death" is for. I'm saying that sarcastically because they also shot and killed an MIT police officer, as well as injured another police officer, so where are the charges for that, or for the three deaths as a result of their terrorist activities, and the multitude of injuries that could or have led to death. So far he's only been charged with using a weapon of mass destruction, not the deaths, injuries it caused, nor for the other bombs the police discovered. Seems to me there's a whole lot of charges that are missing.
A lot of those would be state charges, not federal, and since the feds always have more resources and move faster, the state doesn’t really care that much about getting in line behind them to add more charges. This guy’s never going to see the light of day again. It may as well be on the feds’ dime.
