No, she's not. She is evil - she is trying, and has been for 20 years or more, to remove any effective implements of defending ourselves and our liberties.

That’s all true but she still isn’t too bright. I remember when she was questioning Sam Alito and he gave a detailed answer which was perfectly understandable to me (but I actually read the constitution and history) but she said “well I don’t understand that, so let’s move on.” And she’s on the Judiciary committee! She works by emotion and not by actual thought. She can’t intellecutually do battle with somebody like Cruz.
