The Department of Health and Human Services has just handed out a $3.1 million PR contract to improve the public image of Obamacare.

Oh goodie! Nothing like 3.1 million bucks worth of campaign ads devised to cram it all down our throats against our wills.

You all know how we all just love campaign ads.

And it is OUR money they will be using to do it.
