This guy is gonna walk, you can’t suspend the Constitution. Lincoln and FDR both tried and were shot down by the Supreme Court. The Constitution is the supreme law of the land, it say’s so in plain english. Besides the Constitution worked just fine in executing justice for Tim McVey..pun intended, I don’t know what people are so afraid of?

It is truly a public safety issue and as long as Obama is doing it, even the ACLU will shut the hell up. The current POTUS doesn’t need to worry as long as John Roberts is the final arbiter, but that’s besides the point.

This is disinformation aimed at flushing out the remaining cell members and financial organizers. No way in hell these two pulled this off by themselves.

Don't know what you mean by "walk". Even if this guy doesn't swing by a rope for treason (as defined in the Constitution), he'll spend the rest of his days playing housewife to Bubba in the Grey Bar Hotel.

If, for some odd reason the supreme court doesn't allow the public safety exception for his Miranda rights, all that would happen is that anything they learned, before he was read his rights, wouldn't be able to be used in court against him. As I understand it, they have a pretty airtight case against him, and he's a dead man walking. They just need as much info as he has, asap.
