predicted Democratic U.S. Rep. John Yarmuth of Louisville.

This man needs to be in prison for attempting to violate the 2nd Amendment. Liberals like this don't punish criminals anyway. Why pass more laws? You're not going to enforce them anyway. Put him in prison if he opens his trap again.

...will inspire a renewed effort by Americans to push for reforms...

I wish this maggot would not insult Americans. Americans are fighting against him and his ilk to defend our Bill of Rights. My apology for insulting maggots.

This guy is from a protected seat here in KY. In addition he never met a tax he didn’t love or an imposition on the citizens he didn’t like.

I know how you get a few degrees off, but what sort of mentality leads one to get it completely backwards?

They got their crisis, right on time, now it’s time to exploit it.

I don’t think this Democrat will be re-elected unless his district is composed mostly of urban gang infected vermin and welfare queens.

He must keep focus on what is important to just 4% of the public to run interference for the DNC’s failed economy.

who will introduce a bill to get rid of the existing unconstitutional abridgements of our right to bear arms?

(even if I happen to agree with some of the current restrictions, they still violate our constitution... let’s get back to our proper, legal social contract or governing charter first ... then we can discuss amending it)

Stronger than Feinswein's AWB 2.0 that outlawed pretty much everything but the Pennsylvania rifle that Hawkeye carried in the Last of the Mohicans and went down to a resounding 40-60 defeat?

I don't see it. If the Senate gave them even Manchin-Toomey, it would just have encouraged them.

Liberalism is a mental disorder.

It sounds like he thinks that the 4% is about to gang up on the 96%. What a maroon.

The collapse of efforts in the U.S. Senate to expand background checks to more gun sales will inspire a renewed effort by Americans to push for reforms, predicted Democratic U.S. Rep. John Yarmuth of Louisville.

HUH??Another idiot political hack that just does not see reality. It was the American citizens that drove the effort to stop this whittling away of our Constitution...

Gun control failed BECAUSE of the public’s sentiment, not despite it. To hear the media tell it, the NRA is an evil organization that wants to kill our children and is devoid of public support. Now they want legislation by opinion polls. Where were they when Obamacare was being shoved down our throats? When do polls matter and when don’t they?
