In my experience a bullet through the neck will knock a deer off it's feet, and they don't get up. I'm talking .45 calibre round ball from a muzzleloader, not even high velocity. Humans are no where near as tough as deer.
Now, all of a sudden he was able to climb out of the boat, but can't talk and may never talk because of brain damage?
Now there is a video seeming to show perp 1 being put into a squad car, obviously in decent shape?
