The solutions I mentioned are common sense solutions that should be put into place before discussing other ideas. I don't know if further actions would be necessary or not. I'm just stating that I have a hard time believing the sincerity of those who oppose either of these ideas. I personally won't bother wasting time looking at other measures from politicians who don't support them.
