Letting the Saudis fly back to Saudi Arabia when nobody in the US was otherwise allowed to fly at all is indeed problematic.

I never missed Beck’s old Fox show. And that was before we had DVR. I have not yet recovered from his exit.
I think Beck’s departure was around the time that Fox got some sort of warning. They have been veering left ever since. I watch almost nothing on Fox anymore.

I do not have any opinion on GW giving Saudis special permission to leave the country, but I do know Snopes is not reliable on political matters.
Snopes is owned by a southern California couple. They have been asked about their political views a few times and they have always claimed to be non political. One of the couple is actually from Canada and does not vote. However, Snopes will consistently lean hard left on any issue pertaining to Obama.
The most glaring example of this is on the topic of Obamacare, but there are plenty of other cases of Snopes reading more like talking points and less like fact finding reports.
