That plate looks totally Fake.
Also here Im MA we are required to show official license plates on both ends of the car, no more goofy fake ones on the front anymore.

Um, there’s a MUCH bigger issue with that “Terrorista #1” license plate that no one is mentioning:

It’s not an MA vanity plate, at all. It looks like it’s a mass-produced, and possibly sanctioned and licensed, UMASS Dartmouth promotional product.
