His statement wasn’t stupid - obvious and sarcastic, even kind of funny in a black humor kind of way, but not stupid.

Islam does indeed have an image problem. Why do you think the Brotherhood is so heavily invested in influence-peddling in DC? Precisely because of the images you posted of WTC burning... and for their future endeavors.

Point taken. Still "raw" from the Boston Massacre ISLAMIC TERRORIST ATTACK here and angry/upset about the media's coverage (wanting it to be a white male tea party member.) Timing of the original posters comment was bad from my perspective and pushed the wrong buttons here.
