I’m not the one who said “he can pal around with a future Democrat president”, but I think the poster who did was referring to Bill Ayers and Obama. I think he was making a joke.
If Bush did what you claim that was indeed stupid, but name me some Republican president who hung around with former terrorists who set bombs at American military buildings or who killed American police personnel and are now professors in an American university?
