McVeigh was charged, sentenced and executed under Federal law. No federal crime I am aware of in this case; probably be state prosecution. I don’t believe MA has the death penalty. He did, however, kill an MA cop, or was a full accessory to it.
He’ll never get out of prison.
They can charge him with possession of IEDs, which is a Federal crime.
