Frankly, I think he’ll get a very light sentence and be out in no time. He’s going to be presented as someone who was just a follower of his older brother, felt lonely in America, just a poor picked upon Muslim who was trying to express his angst...well, you get the idea.
I seriously doubt that things are going to go badly for him.
