Reloading, casting / swaging own bullets, stock up on primers, brass and powder...... Never be caught short again folks !
My opinion.
A buddy of mine has a Dillon progressive press. The last 3 weekends have been spent working at it. On Friday night we clean and polish brass. On Saturday we size and trim. On Sunday, we load like madmen. Last weekend was 1500 rounds of 5.56 with 55 grain boat tail soft points.
This weekend it’s .308 with 168 grain Sierra Match Kings, 1000. I’ve had those bullets in storage for about 5 years. Time to turn everything we have into cartridges. I mean everything.
Also buy a small lathe, copper/bronze rods from .250 to .500
Thanks for the links!
