I don't know whether that's one of the dumbest, or one of the most ignorant comments I've seen during this incident.
The people in Boston are celebrating a small triumph over a great evil. It's a natural release of tension and stress, after having sustained the worst terrorist attack on our soil since the Fort Hood massacre.
If you can't find it in your heart to celebrate with them, just leave them be.
I don’t care what you think. As I said this is no time for high fives. So cram it when telling me to “leave them be” dude. No one is stopping anyone from acting silly.
