I hate our “sue happy” culture....That said...if my kids were subjected to this perverted crap? I get a lawyer and go for a big settlement. There is no excusing this.

My thoughts exactly - if a kid that age kissed a girl on the cheek, he would be expelled and they would try to hang a sex offender tag on him for life.
