Since his domestic policy adviser is the same guy that is Rubio's chief of staff, Cesar Conda, I think it's fair to assume he'd be doing the same stupid thing. Paul Ryan is also a disciple of Conda from way back. This 'gang of 8' thing is all about Conda and Grover Norquist.
