Who is the guy that is dressed they keep flashing being arrested that looks like suspect 1? He didn’t seem injured at that time, and there’s been no mention of a suspect using an IED after arrest, which would have killed more then just him.
What I understand from posts here is that the guy “arrested” was a person on scene who wouldn’t leave the scene and that the guy had nothing to do with anything other than living in and being in Watertown.
