Did the FBI enhance the pics or dehance them so that we don’t have more clear connections to the dude that is being slipped out of the country?
They say that they have a very clear video of Suspect #2 putting down the backpack and leaving it at the location of the one of the detonations. There is also a pic of the subject making a phone call at the same time as one of the detonations. They also maintain that the unsub (unknown subject aka Suspect #2) is seen very clearly in a video reacting very uncharacteristically to a detonation and they say it is very telling as to his guilt.
